Breast MRI in DCIS

  1. MMG is the gold standard
  2. 10% completely occult on MMG
  3. BMRI - High sensitivity and 3 dimensional view
  4. High resolution Mri asses size ,focality and extent of DCIS better than MMG
  5. Tends to over asses the size
